Building on site that totalled under 80m2 with extremely hard access came with its difficulties, however with great communication between our site foreman, our contractors and City of Sydney Council the four-storey, three unit block was constructed in just under 12 months. A concrete slab structure with a combination of AFS side walls and off-form concrete front and rear façade walls. The 3 x 1 bedroom units all have polished concrete floors, custom joinery and wardrobes, aluminium windows, integrated intercoms system, and composite fire rated FC cladding.
