Bellevue Hill Residence

This was a 2 stage construction to extend and upgrade an existing home in Bellevue including extension, major landscaping, adding a swimming pool and double garage.  Designed by Michael Folk Architects the construction period was under 10 months.

This construction was completed in two stages to ensure site access was maintained for the entity.

 

Stage 1 rear works consisted of structural alterations and additions to the rear, to open up for the installation of a new large French provincial-style kitchen with parquetry flooring, new timber doors and windows, saw cutting of the existing concrete pool for the installation of a new smaller concrete pool, the installation of a rear entertaining area with custom BBQ joinery unit and extensive hard and soft landscaping.

Stage 2 front works involved detailed rock excavation, contiguous piling, the installation of new concrete entry stairs, a new concrete garage, the supply and installation of a vertical lift, waterproofing, travertine tiling and landscaping.
