Enter Building Group was contracted by Woollahra Municipal Council to construct new concrete footpath for improved public access. Existing brick pavement at the park entry and footpath leading up to the lookout point posed uneven surfaces due to damage and general use over the past years. Enter Building Group upgraded the existing pavement and constructed new pedestrian footpath around the park. The scope of work consisted of:

  • Site clearing
  • Detailed excavation
  • Supply and installation of new concrete footpath and driveway layback
  • Supply and installation of bench seats and sandstone edging
  • Extension of existing mass concrete stairs
  • Supply and installation of new handrail
  • Soft landscaping
  • Turfing

Over 500m2 of new concrete footpath was supplied and installed around the park in compliance of the DDA. Existing lookout point was extended to create more surface area and additional bench seats were supplied and installed to maximise the viewing point of the park.

Existing brick retaining wall at the park entry was modified to match the height and widen the entry. Previously uneven driveway layback was replaced with new trafficable concrete pavement.
