Arowana, Chatswood

Designed and constructed by Enter Building Group’s Director Peter Oreb, the existing four properties were amalgamated into one site  for the construction of 14 bespoke units and an underground carpark.

The four-storey development involved mass excavation, contiguous piling, AFS Concrete wall systems with a layout of two and one-bedroom units and three split level penthouses, all with custom joinery, air conditioning, heated wet area floors, engineered oak flooring, commercial grade aluminium windows, automated blinds, external versi paving system and landscaping.  

The Construction period was 12 months
