25 Baringa Rd, Northbridge

Designed by Alchemy Architecture, this D&C project included complete demolition of the existing single storey dwelling to build a new, contemporary two-storey house. The client would like to bring bright and modern features to the new house whilst salvaging the existing bricks and sandstone blocks to retain its character.


This simple and minimalistic open staircase complements the modern feel of the house. This was designed and fabricated by the client and installed by EBG. 

Integrated kitchen appliances, concealed doors, and finger pull drawers were some of the examples considered and installed to achieve the seamless look to the joinery for this contemporary house.
